After about months of been away from the public eye following her hip surgery, Lady Gaga has made a grand appearance.
The 27 year old, who is rumored to have undergone rhinoplasty(nosejob) while recoverying stepped out yesterday in Newyork wearing just a bra, short mini skirt and and boots.
The born this way crooner also appears to have shed the pounds she gained earlier this year right before her surgery.
