Update On Beverly Osu's $ex Escapes In Big Brother Bedroom

Beverly Osu, Nigeria’s rep at the ongoing Big Brother Africa reality show, has come under heavy criticism for having s*x with South African housemate, Angelo Collins two times within 24hours.

A new 3minute video showing Beverly Osu and her fellow housemate-turned lover, Angelo Collins doing "it" is already going viral on the social media...

In the video, in which Beverly lies atop Angelo, the two love birds are heard moaning in a suggestive way. The compromising position and accompanying movement have given many viewers the impression that the bathroom session was like the proverbial handshake that went beyond the elbows. Besides, a photograph of the two, showing them sharing some intimacy under the bed sheets, is also circulating on social media.

And trust Nigerians at moments likes this. They have been reacting like craze, with many wondering why she had to give in to what they call “sexual urges” under the full glare of the cameras.

They wondered why she couldn’t exercise a little restraint with many saying she had succeeded in “debasing womanhood” as having sex openly is “un-African” and “shameful”. Many have also described it as a show of shame and degradation of the African culture.

Those who took to the social media to vent their anger observed that Beverly had succeeded in breaking the record of being the first Nigerian housemate to have sex in the show since inception.

A Facebook user, Peter Francis, wrote, “She is a disgrace to Nigeria. She couldn’t keep her pants on for the sake of dignity. She has portrayed the image of Nigerian girls as being wayward.”

Also, Jerry Orji's Blog observs that many have been lambasting On Air Personality, Denrele Edun who they believed helped Beverly get a place in the reality show. Below are tweets against Denrele:

Another person who is angry over the show of shame said:
“Too bad we can be that desperate as women! Such a pity! Most parents might not mind, the trophy will justify her actions. Tomorrow, she will become our children’s role model! BBA is still evolving, unless it’s used to impact virtues and innovation in Africa, it should be scrapped.”

I Was Molested In My House ––Female Rapper Eva Alordiah

The ChildNotBride saga is still throwing up surprises here and there. And the latest one is a confession from one of Nigeria's finest female rapper, Eva Alordiah. The beautiful lady, who once declared that it's her mum who will look for a husband for her, has opened up on how she was molested in her home
When asked during a live radio interview at Hot FM Abuja why no one has heard her voice on the matter of the moment, the ChildNotBride campaign, Eva said it is a difficult issue for her. In her words:
“We are such a country that is so blessed by God. We don’t have earthquake, volcanoes, tsunami. We are problems to ourselves and this is disgusting. I come from a background where I was molested as a child. Definitely it’s a serious situation where you have to put a child through that type of trauma.”
But I thought it's ladies like her that should even be eager to speak out, since they know how bad it hurts?

Dear men, beat your woman in Lagos and go to jail

There's a new Domestic Violence Law in Lagos State, and it states that if you beat your wife, you will go to Jail. It is now an offense for any man to hit his wife.

According to the deputy governor of Lagos State, Hon Joke Orelope-Adefulire, the Domestic Violence Law is made not only to protect women who are most times the target of violence in the home but also to safeguard the interest of men, children, servants, maids and everyone who may be a victim of domestic violence.

in case of man/woman abuse issues, it does not matter whether there's a valid contracted marriage between the victim and the perpetrator of the act as long as they are living together in a home setting. Continue...

Here's what happens when there's a case of domestic violence.
1. Remove the abuser from the home pending when the abuse is corrected
2. Or remove the complainant from the residence and put in a protective home
3. Provision of financial assistance by the state via the Office of the Public Defender/Legal Aid Council to victims of abuse who maybe financially unable to seek redress in court.
4. The court can issue warrant of arrest and remand order

The hotel in Onitsha where 2 human heads were allegedly discovered

This is the popular hotel in Onitsha that was demolished by the Anambra State government last week after two human skulls were allegedly discovered inside. The hotel, called Upper Class Hotel, is located at 8 Old Market Road, Onitsha and is owned by business man, Mr Bonaventure Mokwe.

The human skulls, a male and a female head, were discovered after the Nigerian police raided the hotel following a tip off. Mr Mokwe has been arrested along with 10 other people. Continue...

His wife, Mrs Nkiru Mokwe, a lawyer, has appealed to president Jonathan to save her husband's life claiming he was set up. She said the whole thing was a set up and the human heads planted in the hotel by people who wanted to destroy her husband.
“My husband is being detained in a very dehumanising condition at SARS, Awkuzu, and the police have denied him access to his lawyer and relations." She said "My husband’s hotel at No 8, Old Market Road, Onitsha which he inherited from his father, Chief G.C Mokwe, has been demolished"
She said her husband was a real estate magnate and there were lots of conflicts over ownership of lands between him and some people which led to his attempted assassination in 2009. She also alleged that the state government was planning to demolish other properties belonging to Mr Mokwe and begged for intervention.

A match made in music heaven. Imagine if these two reconcile and start doing music together again. The former Mo'Hit Record bosses performed three of their hit songs at Dbanj's sister's wedding today. They performed Fall in Love, Endowed and my favorite, Suddenly. D'banj called Don Jazzy to join him on stage and he obliged. Heard they gave a good performance.
